As many you know, it’s been over a year since I last competed. I have been (trying to) recover from a bone removal surgery that I had last March.

This indoor season had a LOT of ups and downs… being able to RACE! I actually ran my FIRST ever indoor 800m this season (as a Junior). But also having to cross train most of my workouts and still experiencing tremendous pain on my right foot. I’m learning a lot about how to deal with disappointment and discomfort and how to overcome these feelings and learn to love this sport again.

So, here’s to an epic indoor and an even more exciting outdoor season. Can’t wait to run some speedy laps with my favorite Dogs. 🥰🤟🏼🐶

Wouldn’t trade this experience or these people for anything 🤍🥲🌊

Earlier this month I graduated with high honors from Central Lakes College with my Associate of Arts Degree and I just graduated High School as Valedictorian. It was an emotional graduation to say the least..

I also earned my Eagle Scout Rank! I am the first female Eagle Scout in my council and district and I couldn’t be prouder! (Aha, where my Voy homies at??)

I am so blessed to have support from my family, community, friends, and many others. This chapter has been amazing and I’m ready for the next one :)
